Vegetarianism on the rise
By the end of this century at least two thirds of humanity will be vegetarian: this is what guidelines predict. You don’t need to be a psychic to see that, just look carefully where the world is going.
More and more people decide to become a vegetarian, for the love of animals, health reasons, environmental awareness, or only because of a trend (if good things are popular, there is nothing wrong with that). The essential thing is of course the love of animals, ethical management. “Animals are our friends and I do not eat friends,” wrote Tolstoy, a great writer, author of famous novels such as War and Peace and Anna Karenina. I think that vegetarianism will slowly submerge most of the population and that better times will com for us and especially for those poor animals.
5 benefits of vegetarianism
1.Vegetarian diet is rich in fiber, which swell in the saliva. That protect teeth against caries and facilitates digestion.
2.Fresh vegetables and fruit (citrus), which contain fiber and vitamin C and A, it protects against malignancy. Therefore, stomach cancer is much less common by vegetarians.
3.Clinical research proves that appendicitis is very rare in vegetarians.
4. Diaphragmatic hernia (hiatus hernia) does not occur often to vegetarians. Vegetarian food does not contain much fat, it is rapidly digested and does not remain in the stomach.
5. Reduced incidence of obesity.
